1) Click the big green Start button at the bottom of the page.
2) Follow the prompts and countdown on the screen:
3) Uniform inhalation for 15 seconds;
4) Holding the breath for 15 seconds;
5) Uniform exhalation for 15 seconds.
6) Repeat steps 3-5 10 times, following the on-screen directions and audio counts.
